I've been paying $13-$14 for 3.5lb of Tidy Cats crystals at Petco. I found them today for $8 at Publix (and there was a manufacturer's $1 off coupon the box too). FTS!

I've been incredibly productive the last few days. On Saturday, I finally picked up my car from Progressive. It took them a whole month to fix my door and quarter panel. WTF? Never use their "concierge service" if you know a good body shop. They must have taken it to the local vo-tech high school or something.

Later that day, I bought a sconce to replace the crappy one I have in the bathroom. Then I installed some over-the-door shelving from The Container Store in the laundry room / pantry. It now holds all my canned food items. BTW, the music in the store was absolutely atrocious. I wanted to kill myself as I waited for the people to help me figure out the parts I needed for the shelves.

Today, I finally got around to installing the sconce. It was a huge pain in the ass to install it since the holes in the base didn't quite line up with the ones in the junction box. However, I used my Asian smarts to improvise my way through the installation. The builders did a crappy job of installing the junction box but it'll be ok as long as nobody tries to rip the sconce straight out of the wall.

Last week, I made some much needed progress on my network clipboard C# app. I think a few hours of polish will be all it takes before I can test it out at the office.

Damn, I want this.
